David Maillard 
CEO / Chairman of the Board

With over 25 years of experience in the fiduciary and financial sectors, I bring extensive expertise and practical knowledge to the support and advisory services for companies and private individuals. Throughout my career, I have developed comprehensive leadership skills, which I have demonstrated in various demanding roles, including as Director, Branch Manager, and Head of Fiduciary Services at SMART Treuhand AG, as Head of the Fiduciary Department at BDO AG and as Mandate Manager at Fiduciaria Mega AG. My expertise covers a complete consulting and support for national and international companies, ranging from financial planning to business process optimization. As an experienced professional, I place great value on tailored solutions and a collaborative partnership that sustainably supports my clients' success. With my education as a Certified Business Economist FH, Certified Specialist in Finance and Accounting with a Federal Diploma, and ongoing specialized training, I guarantee diligent and goal-oriented execution of fiduciary tasks. I speak German, English and Italian, enabling me to work with a diverse clientele from various industries and to develop and accompany individual solutions in different fiduciary and business management areas such as finance, investments and corporate management. My core competencies also include start-ups, management of mandate accounting, human resources/HR, controlling, and reporting. I look forward to supporting you with my expertise and experience.

Alina Gordan

I began my professional career in the IT sector at IBM Bär & Partner GmbH, where I worked as an IT management assistant. During this time, I developed a strong passion for structured processes and digital solutions, which are still of great benefit to me in my work today. My IT affinity and confidence in using leading accounting software such as ABACUS, Bexio and Sage enable me to organise financial processes digitally, efficiently and precisely. I have been working successfully in the fiduciary sector for several years and have in-depth expertise in finance and accounting, particularly in the preparation of annual financial statements and the correct processing of VAT statements and tax returns. I also take great care with my clients' budget planning to ensure sustainable and transparent financial management. One focus of my work is payroll accounting and HR. Here I also support my clients with complex issues, such as the calculation of restricted stock units (RSU) and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). I attach great importance to legally compliant and customised solutions that meet individual needs and at the same time comply with legal requirements. My education as a Certified Business Economist VSK has further deepened my expertise and forms the foundation for my professional and holistic advice. I also offer personalised and trustworthy wealth advice and management for natural persons. My advisory approach is characterised by transparency, individuality and a long-term perspective. I help to draw up realistic budgets, offer debt counselling in financially difficult times and support private individuals in sustainable wealth accumulation. My aim is to work with my clients to develop financial strategies that enable security and growth. In doing so, I always take into account the applicable legal framework and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
